"really helpful and knew their stuff"
i had a couple of questions before placing my order and the staff were really helpful. they clearly knew what they were talking about, but explained everything in a simple way without making it too technical. it made the whole process feel a lot easier, and i felt much more confident buying from them. good service overall.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to return something to Keeler and it was way easier than I thought it would be. I just filled in the form, sent it back, and got updates without having to chase anyone. The refund came through quickly too. Just no fuss at all, which is exactly what you want. I’d happily order from them again.

"Easy order, no hassle"
I ordered from keeler.co.uk and it was all straightforward, I found what I needed quickly, the checkout didn’t give me any trouble and the emails came through like they should, so there wasn’t really anything confusing or annoying about it. I’d use them again if I need to order more stuff

"Packed almost too well"

"Delivery did what it was supposed to do"
I ordered from keeler.co.uk and, to their credit, the delivery actually turned up when it was meant to. The tracking was fine enough, and everything arrived in one piece, which apparently isn’t always a given these days. It definitely wasn’t the fastest delivery I’ve ever had, but it was reliable, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d probably use them again.

I ordered from keeler.co.uk and it arrived sooner than I thought it would. I got a few updates along the way, and everything was packed up well when it turned up. The outer box had a tiny mark on it, but nothing worth worrying about and the item was fine. No hassle at all, just a quick, easy delivery. I’d happily use them again

"Easy enough site to use"
I found keeler.co.uk straightforward to use overall. The menus were clear enough, and I was able to find the product information I needed without having to click around too much. The pages loaded smoothly for me as well, which always makes a difference.

That said, a few sections did feel slightly crowded, and I had to take a second look to work out where a couple of things were. It wasn’t a major problem, though. Overall, it’s a good site that does the job well, even if it could be a little cleaner in places.

"Warranty was handled super easily"
I had a small issue with my Keeler item and figured the warranty process might be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. They got back to me quickly, asked for the info they needed, and sorted everything out without making it complicated. They kept me in the loop the whole time too, which I appreciated. Always nice when a company actually follows through...

I sent my Keeler unit in for repair and, to be fair, it came back working properly, which is the main thing. When I called for an update, the team were helpful and polite, and I always think that says a lot about how a company treats people.

The only downside was that it took a bit longer than I’d expected, but it wasn’t anything too serious. Overall, they did the right job and were decent to deal with, so I’d be happy to use them again.

I’ve had a good experience here overall. They usually have the items I’m looking for in stock, and I’ve come to trust that I can stop by and find most of what I need. Every now and then something is missing, but it’s been reliable for the most part.
